CHALLENGE

The Pietrzak Group consists of six facilities with authorized points of sale and service of brands such as Renault, Peugeot, Dacia, Ferrari and Maserati. The Management Board of the Pietrzak Group has decided to improve the administrative and business processes.

SOLUTION

After the pre-implementation analysis by Baseline, the processes that we wanted to change in the internal functioning of the Group were established.
We started with the circulation of documents in which we focused strongly on financial and accounting documents.
Due to running the company in several locations, we wanted to carefully prepare the project so that the cooperation between the divisions and departments of the company ran smoothly and quickly.
We started building a sales process that was coordinated directly with our internal needs. Thanks to this, we have improved access to information about cars. We have built vehicle files. We have created an in-house car warehouse from scratch, which allowed us to properly prepare for external audits and controls. We have gained access to reports and summaries in a simple and quick way.
We have extended the system to Contracts module, thanks to which we have easy and immediate access to full documentation.
In the HR module, we developed and accelerated the process of settling advances and delegations. We have prepared an internal workflow for HR documents.
Baseline enabled us to keep a register of equipment in the form of an asset module. Thanks to this, we can have supervision over the work tools issued to a given employee. Each equipment has its own history generated in the form of acceptance and return protocols.

RESULTS

An important element of the implementation of Baseline™ in the Pietrzak Group was the proper synchronization of the sales process and ordering the work of the sales department. In cooperation with Baseline, we managed to fully automate the work of the accounting department and improve the secretariat function. The implementation of Baseline™ allowed us to improve the functioning of the companies in the Pietrzak Group.
