CHALLENGE
RIM is a company dedicated to support the fleet companies operating under one of the largest suppliers of car parts in Europe. Currently supports more than 60.000 vehicles and has been on a network of 650 dedicated fleet workshops throughout the country.
Fleet operator was looking for solutions for CRM, which will connect the network workshops and corporate clients in one central system, which consisted of m.in. classified database entities, an advanced search engine in conjunction with geolocation map offer tools workshops and surveys. The client was looking for tools to support administrative processes i.e. circulation of documents, sales invoice, hr processes, tasks, assets and reporting capability and project management.
SOLUTION
Implementation of required customization module CRM records and handle specific parameters which have the entities located in the database. Each workshop providing services to the RiM was described parameters that enable the subsequent search based on complex criteria. At a later stage the system Baseline ™ has been integrated into the system for fleet surveys already carried out orders.
Baseline implemented the electronic circulation of documents taking into account the separate passes for different types of documents and invoices. Customized and implemented financial module for sales invoicing. All integrated with the ocr-owującym and external accounting system Asseco Wapro WF-FaKir. In 2016, Baseline deployed budgeting module integrated with other areas of Baseline™ financial and personnel.
Running a dedicated human resources processes such as applications, holiday card, graphics, holidays and shift work, the generator of electronic contracts, and payroll records. All integrated with the Bank.
