The company sought tools for the sales team, you will be able to adjust to handle the specifics of the industry and sales process which currently apply in your organization. Baseline™ as few of the analysed CRM systems offer this level of flexibility and further development in the direction of integration with software that currently operates in the company. Additional modules such as Workflow will allow in the future to automate work of Service department.
SOLUTION
In accordance with the conclusions of the analysis of the przedwdrożeniowej the whole implementation has been divided into 3 stages. The first stage was accurate in the CRM Baseline™ current sales process and provide the right tools for Sales and Marketing Require that expand the functionality of the system with new areas and improvements.
